Our goal is to ship all domestic orders of in stock styles received by 11am PST within one business day.
Please note: All orders shipped via the Free Shipping option, can take 6-9 business days for delivery.
Styles by Yen is not responsible for any order once the package(s) has been delivered to the shipping carrier. Styles by Yen is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages, or for errors made by the shipping carrier.
International Shipping Policy
Our goal is to ship International orders of in stock styles within 1-3 business days of receipt by Styles by Yen.
Styles by Yen is not responsible for any order once the package(s) has been delivered to the shipping carrier. Styles by Yen is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages, or for errors made by the shipping carrier.
If for any reason your international package does not arrive, we suggest contacting your local customs department.
